Our First Annual Mental Health Awareness Day was held on Friday 23rd April. Our school was awash with colour and positivity! Every class showed how colourful they were and got involved in lots of different activities from mindfulness colouring, breathing exercises and getting outside for some fresh air! The aim of the day was to promote positive mental health in our school as part of the Amber Flag Initiative!
All funds raised go towards Pieta House.
