This month we are covering the Gymnastics strand in PE while working on the FMS of landing. This week we worked in our pods, practising our hopping and jumping. We made sure we were looking straight ahead, bent our knees and kept our arms stretched out in front to keep our balance when we were landing. We also made shapes using our bodies.
