Our school community participated in Friendship February in aid of the Special Olympics, with our celebration week taking place last week 12-14th of February.
Every child in the school carried out 2 acts of friendship each day during the week.
As a fundraiser for the Special Olympics each class had a Friendship Hour on Wednesday 14th of February, where they played board games. The focus was on cooperation, turn taking, sharing, social interactions and being a good friend.
It was great to see everyone trying extra hard to be a good friend to each other!
