The Finance Committee raises money for the school each year at the Christmas Concerts and the Annual School Walk.

  This money is used for example to buy a defibrillator and defibrillator training, medals for sports day, refreshments at school events as for school band at the St. Patrick's Day parade/   The committee has also been involved in D'Kube fundraiser with other community groups to raise money for the Astro Turf which is a great facility for the school as well as a community resource.   As the school has developed over the years, the Finance Committee has helped out when shortfalls arose such as recently when the play area had to be extended at the rear of the school.   The Finance Committee also works with the Parents Association at school events E.g. Communion and Confirmation providing refreshments and co-ordination at these.
